01Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Utkarssh Tikiyaa as an individual, trading as Fit with UT. There is no company: you are contracting with a person. In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" mean Utkarssh Tikiyaa. "You" means the person buying or using the services.

02What I sell

Two things, and nothing else.

• Coaching plans of four, eight or twelve weeks. Each includes a written training plan, a written diet plan, an initial assessment based on the information you provide, a reassessment every two weeks with the plan updated, and messaging support with me directly for the length of the plan.
• Online personal training, a package of 30 live one to one video sessions to be used within three months of purchase, with a training and diet plan running alongside.

All of it is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.

03What I do not sell

I do not sell supplements, food, equipment or medication, and I take no commission from anyone who does. I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing on this website or in any plan is a substitute for advice from a qualified medical practitioner.

04Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to buy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must buy on your behalf and take responsibility for supervising the programme.

You must be medically fit to exercise. If you are being treated for any condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or surgery, or are taking medication that affects exercise or diet, you must get clearance from your doctor before starting, and you must tell me about it in the intake form.

05Your obligations

The plan is built from what you tell me, so it is only as good as what you tell me. You agree to give complete and accurate information in the intake form and at every reassessment, including medical history, medication, injuries and dietary restrictions.

You agree to tell me promptly if anything changes, and to stop training and seek medical advice if you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain that is not ordinary muscular fatigue.

06Results

I do not guarantee any specific result, measurement, weight or timeline, and I will not be drawn into promising one. What you get out of a plan depends on how consistently you follow it, your genetics, your sleep, your stress, your medical history and a number of things neither of us controls.

Any result described on this website is that individual's result, shown with their permission, and is not a prediction of yours.

07Your plan is yours

Your plan is written for you and licensed to you personally. You may not resell it, publish it, or share it as your own work. I keep copyright in everything I write. You are of course free to show it to your doctor, your trainer or anyone else advising you.

08Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include any taxes that apply at the time of purchase. Payment is taken in full, in advance, through our payment gateway. I do not see or store your card details.

Access to the plan or to session booking begins once payment has cleared.

09Cancellation and refunds

Set out in full on the refunds and cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

10Ending the arrangement

I may end a plan without refund if you are abusive to me, if you give deliberately false medical information, or if you resell or publish the material. In any other circumstance where I end a plan early, you get a pro rata refund for the part not delivered.

You may stop following a plan whenever you like. See the refunds page for what that means financially.

11Limitation of liability

Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and accept that risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. The date of the current version is at the foot of this page.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14Grievances

If something has gone wrong, contact the Grievance Officer named at the foot of this page. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of being received.
