01The short version

I collect what I need to write your plan and nothing else. I do not sell your data. I do not share your photos with anyone. You can ask me to delete everything at any time and I will.

02What I collect, and why

Identity and contact. Name, email, phone number. To reach you, send your plan, and confirm bookings.

Health and fitness information. Age, sex, height, weight, measurements, training history, injuries, medical conditions, medication, dietary restrictions and preferences. This is what the plan is built from. It cannot be written without it.

Progress photographs. Only if you choose to upload them at a check in. They are used to assess progress and to adjust your plan, and for nothing else.

Payment information. Handled entirely by our payment gateway. I receive confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount and an order reference. I never see or store your card or bank details.

Website usage. Anonymous, aggregated statistics about which pages get visited. Not linked to you.

03Progress photographs are treated as sensitive

Because they are. They are stored separately from the ordinary website uploads, are not published anywhere, are not indexed by search engines, and are only viewable by you and by me. Location data is stripped from the file before it is stored. You can delete any photograph from your portal, and you can ask me to delete all of them at once.

Nothing you upload is used in marketing, on this website, or anywhere public unless you have given separate written permission for that specific image.

04Who else sees your information

Only the services that make this work, and only the minimum each one needs.

• The payment gateway, to take payment. They handle your payment details, not me.
• The email service that sends booking confirmations and plan delivery.
• The web host on whose servers the site and portal run.

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I do not share it with advertisers. I will disclose it if a law or a court requires me to, and not otherwise.

05How long I keep it

Plan and coaching records for as long as you are a client and for three years afterwards, so I can answer questions and meet record keeping obligations.

Progress photographs for twelve months after your programme ends, then deleted automatically. Sooner if you ask.

Payment records for the period Indian tax law requires.

06Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Withdrawing consent for something the service depends on may mean I cannot continue coaching you, and I will tell you plainly if that is the case.

Email the address at the foot of this page and I will act within 30 days.

07Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Your portal is behind a login. Progress photographs are stored outside the publicly readable part of the server and are served only after checking that the request is yours. No system is perfect, and I will tell you promptly if anything goes wrong that affects you.

08Cookies

The site uses a cookie to keep you logged in to your portal, and anonymous analytics to count page visits. No advertising cookies and no cross site tracking.

09Children

Services are sold to adults. Under the DPDP Act, anyone under 18 requires verifiable parental consent, and where a client is a minor, the parent or guardian contracts on their behalf and gives that consent.

10Questions and complaints

Contact the Grievance Officer named at the foot of this page. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
