01Nothing is shipped

Fit with UT sells coaching services, not products. There is no physical item, no packaging and no delivery charge. Everything reaches you by email and through your client portal on this website.

02When your plan arrives

Your training and diet plan is delivered within 48 hours of you completing the intake form and answering any follow up questions, and in every case within seven days.

The clock starts when the intake form is complete, not when payment clears, because the plan cannot be written without the information.

03Reassessments

Every two weeks for the length of your plan. You will be prompted in the portal when a check in is due. Once you submit it, your updated plan follows within 48 hours.

04Personal training sessions

Available slots appear in your portal. Booking one confirms it immediately and sends you a confirmation email with the time and the joining link. Sessions run over video at the time booked.

05Access

Your portal is available at any time for the length of your plan and for 30 days after it ends, so you can download anything you want to keep.

06If something does not arrive

Check your spam folder first, then email the address at the foot of this page. Delivery problems are treated as urgent and answered within 48 hours.
